Brown Family Attorney Benjamin Crump Admits His Desperation…
The Last Refuge ^ | September 12, 2014 | Sundance

Posted on 09/12/2014 6:33:25 PM PDT by 2ndDivisionVet

This letter sent to the Saint Louis Dispatch by Benjamin Crump clearly showcases the growing sense of desperation. As with almost all things from the mind of the Crump it will also backfire. Benjamin Crump should leave the thinking parts to his sidekick Daryl Parks.

First the Letter:

Benjamin Crump is not the sharpest tack in the tool shed.

You see, in the mind of the Crump the judge blocking the release of the Juvenile criminal records of Mike Brown equates to the non-existence of the records; ergo in Crump’s mind there is no risk of criminal conduct being exposed.

BIG MISTAKE.

There are police records, there are incident reports, there are victim statements, there are witness statements of all the engagements; and, more importantly, in addition to the documents Crump feels safe will never reach sunlight…..

…… THERE ARE PEOPLE WHO WROTE THE REPORTS.

There are police officers who investigated the reports. There are victims who gave statements. There are people in law enforcement and inside the judiciary who were involved in all aspects of the Mike Brown Jr. criminal engagements. People.

Actual in-real-life people.

Just because a judge blocks a media publication from seeing the official criminal justice system record; does not mean the media, traditional or new, will be blocked from getting copies of incident reports, victim reports, police reports, and law enforcement engagement records.

Like perhaps for instance, oh, I don’t know – what if Big Mike were involved in: four assault charges, three burglary charges, one charge of attempted carjacking, one charge of sexual assault (attempted rape), and one charge of ….

That might be a little difficult to hide considering all of the people involved, NO?

Almost identical to the Trayvon Martin case where Ben Crump petitioned the court to seal the school and criminal justice records of Trayvon Martin, the records still existed – and it is not too difficult to bring them to the surface because PEOPLE were/are involved in the activities around those engagements.

And now, thanks to the short-sighted desperation of Benjamin Crump doing anything just to get the arrest he needs to file wrongful death lawsuits, there will be a purposeful motivation for those people to bring the truth forward.

Nothing drives sunlight toward a scheme like a publically broadcast lie from the mouth of a braggart.

Well done Mr. Crump. And Thank You.

they covered him with a blanket and later a portable shade structure..they could have put a larger temp curtain around him...sooner but it was a crime scene..with an officer involved, all evidence had to be collected and recorded meticulously to prevent oj doubt

Defense and litigation lawyers are sleazy. Defense and litigation lawyers in pursuit of a payday using racism charges are from the pit of hell.

.........you know I think you are correct. But, I wonder IF the whole “crime scene investigation” could not have been done a little more expediently.

I mean what happened in 4-6 hours that could not have been done in 1-3? The police just gave their critics a club to beat them with un-necessarily.........in my humble opinion.

“left in the street for four hours”

wasn’t just “in the street” - it was in the middle of the street with crime scene tape roping off an area the size of a football field. The neighbors grew into a large crowd around the tape with a clear view of the body just laying there.

There is a video of a woman screaming “where the ambulan” which illustrates how the crowd was getting worked up.

No. Had the cops taken Brown's body away immediately, this letter would have read: "Instead of doing a thorough investigation, as they would for a WHITE man, the police whisked away Mr. Brown's body so that they could engage in a complete cover-up".

I'm GLAD they called in professionals who can handle a hot crime scene.

If they hadn't, THEN you'd hear some screaming.

Check that, we'd hear screaming no matter what.

And when Wilson is exonerated, expect more screaming.

Basically the RGI is expert in screaming, damn the facts.

OJ did not do it.

Clearly what happened was he walked in on a knife fight between Ron and Nicole, tried to break it up, got cut hisself, and was unable to prevent the two white folks from killing each other. I agree with that outstanding jury. The white devil-girl was entirely to blame.

Plus, IIRC, he managed to get President Clinton off Page 1 for months, for which BJ should be eternally grateful.

LOL...

For anyone who has ever been through a divorce, there comes a time in that experience where deep down in your heart of hearts, you know that OJ did it and why.

The biggest reason the body stayed in the street (and it was covered) was because the Ferguson cops had to wait until the St. Louis County Police could get the proper ‘brass’ on the ball, and travel to the scene to takeover the ‘investigation’ of the incident. This was done because of a prior agreement (incidents involving shooting of a citizen) and because the governor got drug into it by the media

Thanks, I didn't know that fact...changes the narrative...

When George Zimmerman cuts himself shaving or farts audibly, it’s news

You must be a prophet !!!

Zimmerman made the news yesterday for getting in a VERBAL argument with an unidentified driver who pointed his finger at him in Lake Mary where he lives...

Just as Gov. Palin and her family were “allegedly” at a “drunken brawl” up in Alaska, which every network and blog known to man felt the need to cover in excruciating detail, even though only one attendee has come forward to say anything and the police are basically saying “no comment” on the matter. George Stephanapolous, the Clinton-era wunderkind, even asked for people to send videos if they had them.

I couldn’t agree more with every line in your comments and would only add that my personal preference is to “get it over with”. Exonerate the man and let the riots begin! The left and the media are manipulating all of this and need to have their bluff called. As always, this conflict is ultimately coming down to The Left vs The Right and has not a damn thing to do with the FACTS.

And, we (The Right), need to kick their ass again like we did at the Bundy Ranch!

let the riots begin!

as a believer in equal rights and opportunity for all American Citizens, I am beginning to resent being left off the "a" list invites to these "Race Riots" and "Loot-a-Thons."

How can you have a decent "Race Riot" if only one "race" gets the word to show up? Why am I stuck with a measly 38" TV, when my neighbors from MLK Boulevard are swaggering home with 52-inchers? The crib is also running low on malt liquor, booze, and steaks. I don't have an Obamaphone, so apparently, I am out of the loop. What's with that?

I am 6'5", weigh 350, and capable of fathering many children, although I can read at the 2d Grade level, I am also turning my life around and writing RAP for my Twitter Account. (See me on Youtube with my Glock?) I have bought gold grille work for my front teeth, learned all the gang signs, and if my Granny could be reached, whe would tearfully tell you, "He a good boy, gentle, kind, religious ..." But do I get the call? NOOOOWAY José!

Is this not racist discrimination?

GIBSMEDAT!!!

Regardless of his culpability in his own demise, you don’t treat human remains in such a demeaning manner...

And if they'd moved the corpse too quickly they'd have been accused of covering up or destroying evidence. Truly a no-win situation.

If he had no record, you would think the family would want that known, and would be shouting it from the rooftops...it would go with the theme innocent valedictorian shot by bad cop.

But as you say, the fact that the Brown family attorneys argued against the release proves there is a record.

FOG, the award of damages to the family of a thug killed in street warfare is by now a hallowed traditional concept. Everyone in the 'hood is looking for a pay-out and government entities are well prepared, with "insurance," or self-insurance to deliver, hoping to "keep the peace" until next time... or at least until after the next election.

Ghetto Lotto? Loot-O? What's unfair is that the money often goes to those who purport to be the "parents," although as in Trayvon's case, thye have not seen the gangbanga for years. Some portion should go to the "Grannies" who struggle to house and feed these feral monsters.

OBTW, the lawyers do quite well, often receiving 30%, plus fees for handling "structured settlements."
