His extradition to the USA was delayed with tax payers money for legal wrangling. It was 14 years before he was extradited to America in 2012. He awaits trial. Were he to be returned to his country of origin. Game over!
Adel Abdul Bary had been already imprisoned in Eygpt and fled on release to the UK. His son born there in 1990.
Subsequent investigations in Egypt found more evidence and he was sentenced to death in absentia 1995.
