KINGSTON, Jamaica — US attorney Jasmine Rand said that Trayvon Martin’s accused killer George Zimmerman was acquitted because the victim was black.
Speaking at press conference in Kingston on Monday, Rand, who represented the interests of Martin’s relatives in the case, said Zimmerman was set free because of where the incident happened.
“Trayvon Martin was shot because he was black. Zimmerman got away because he (Martin) was black. I think the case was lost because the jury selection was not done properly and the area where the trial took place,” Rand said.
The law professor is in Jamaica to assist lead attorney Miguel Lorne in seeking justice for Mario Deane’s family in his beating death early August.
Deane died in the Cornwall Regional Hospital after suffering a severe beating while in the custody of the Barnett Street police.
So as proof, she should be able to show no one gets convicted for killing black people?
so the US Attorney has just accused the entire Zimmerman jury of being racist? did I hear that right? and she is still employed, how?
She’s an attorney from the US (the paper is in Jamaica) not a US Attorney. She’s a partner with Benjamin Crump, who was the Trayvon Martin family attorney and is now the Michael Brown family attorney.

The pathology is one that is immune to reason, argument, or dialogue because it has nothing to do with reason, rather it is a soul sickness, a mental illness, akin to what one sees in a cult. This lady does not ride on the back of a motorcycle and sport tattoos but her mental processes are those of a bitch for the Bloods and Crips.
Our job is not to find ways to reason with people like this but find ways to breach the mental moats which immunize them from common sense and reason, much as a psychiatrist would try to break through the metal shields which remove a neurotic from reason. It is pointless to reason with a drunk and it is hopeless to reason with the member of a cult. It is besides the point to call them stupid or uneducated.
They require intervention not negotiation. But our society shrinks from such interventions because we believe in liberty even the right to be wrong. But we pay an awful price for our principles because we render ourselves impotent in the face of an existential threat to our way of life. This cancer is metastasizing and infecting greater and greater portions of our society but we have not found a way to treat it, for it requires treatment not debate. One cannot reason with a member of a cult, that person's sanity can only be restored with an intervention and with isolation from the cult.
We conservatives persist in believing that because we have reason and common sense on our side we should prevail in a civil society. The cult changes all of that. The psychology of collectivism is, in effect, a cult whose whole methodology is to substitute ideology for reason, emotion for judgment, evil for good, right for wrong.
US attorney Jasmine Rand has yet to show concern for the 450 blacks killed each year in just one city: Chicago.
Her lack of concern is because the victims are black.
And because the killers are black.
She works at a firm that specializes in defending up and coming criminal minorities.
Fact not all the people on the Martin case were whites.
The only reason that George had to defend himself in court is that the Governor caved to Sharpton and Jackson.
Zimmerman didn’t even have to use stand your ground defense to win.
All the lying by the prosecutor was exposed as BS.
All the doctoring of audio, video by the media was exposed and discredited by the media.
Note, your better off buying a Karambit or a small expandable baton to defend yourself than a gun. You can prevail without lethal force, and even that big bucket of crap can be beaten to the curb with these weapons.

If the victim had been white, it would have been a back page local news story, and the case would have never seen the inside of a courtroom.
And not one white person would have questioned the shooter’s right to self defense, even if the shooter was Black.
I only hope ‘US attorney’ doesn’t mean she is a lawyer working for the government. If so it seems pretty much disgusting. They seems like busy exporting race warfare abroad. Do you think it would improve US positions there or what? Isn’t there State Department to conduct foreign policy, not McCain and ‘US attorney’?
Jasmine Rand is not a “U.S. Attorney” but is an attorney in private practice with Parks & Crump in Tallahassee, Florida, where she leads the firm’s Civil Rights Department. Parks and Crump represented the Trayvon Martin family.
Yeah, it’s those hot-but-looney types that have gotten me in so much trouble in the past. I could see this damsel beaching a boatload of grief on the wrong guy’s shores......
