Go to 2 Corinthians, chapter 5. Read all that chapter. But the verse is:
10 For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, so that each one may be recompensed for his deeds in the body, according to what he has done, whether good or bad.
Here, Paul is letting us all know that we will appear before Christ to be judged. NOT, repeat NOT for whether you are saved or not, but for WHAT we have DONE AFTER WE HAVE BEEN SAVED. The Judgment Seat of Christ is also known as "the Bema Seat." The Bema Seat was in Asia Minor in Paul's day. That is where people appeared to be judged. It was known as the Bema Seat. The Great White Throne is for the LOST!!! That my Christian Friend is where the lost will be judged! For not accepting Christ's free offer of grace to be saved, and for their deeds that they did while alive. I, and a lot of other believe that at the Great White Throne Judgement, Christ will deal out levels of punishment that each will suffer in the Lake of Fire. I firmly believe, that a person like Hitler or Stalin or Saddam Hussein will suffer worse in the Lake than say a person who was a really nice person in life, gave to the poor, assisted people, live a clean, good life, did not cheat on family, booze it up, use drugs, etc, etc. Just a really good guy, EXCEPT FOR ONE THING, He denied Christ! He did not accept the offer of Grace. Free choice. Your choice. My choice. Everyone's choice. I think people like Hitler will have a much hotter part of hell than this good ole guy here, mainly because of Hitler's debauchery on earth.
