I’m not an economist, but I thought this would happen some time ago. I fear they won’t go quietly. I think a war with China is inevitable.
A war with China may not be inevitable. If it’s collapse within is severe, China may choose to turn inward as it has during much of its history.
We may simply see China become mysterious again.
Remember, China has always excelled at the long game.

Exactly my first thought. China collapses...it will go to war either internally(civil) or go after needed resources externally.
This is where Vladimir Putin needs to sit up and pay attention.
The Chinese have never been great on the water, but they have kicked axx on horseback. All of the land east of the Urals is basically wide open.
