WATCH-ESPN usually has the major college games available for viewing online. I am watching Penn State vs. UCF on my phone now. Game is being played in Dublin, Ireland.

Just checked, Clemson-Georgia is on ESPN and WATCH-ESPN. Next week they are on ESPN3 which is online only.
