Maybe you're right, terycarl, but the time has long passed that thinking, taxpaying Americans give a rat's ass about such technicalities. The "black community" has given 95% or more of their vote to the race hustling thieves for over three generations now, and in return they've gotten a government that reams the rest of us to pay for it. Don't anybody come crying to me about how "the Left doesn't represent black values." Guilt by association (if it is that) is a b!tch but there you have it.

absolutely not, but if an incident happens in your town, and a bunch of outsiders come in and trash a few businesses, it is not the fault of your residents and they should not suffer because of those actions. I don't group the residents of that town with the interlopers. The residents were, of course, upset, but they caused little of the damage.
