If “White Privilege” is why white Americans prosper, why is it that Chinese, Vietnamese, and Korean immigrants in America all prosper as well?

Back in the ‘90s there was a very sharp Chinese-American who worked in the dept. adjacent to mine. He was about 35 y/o and an industrial engineer, with several college degrees and on a track toward upper mgt.
The various Asian groups in the DFW area tend to move into their own areas, buy/start businesses and buy houses, so they are each closely-knit ethnic groups.
One day he told me he was quitting work because his community had elected him to handle all of their financial matters. ...He explained that his community all contributed a portion of their income to the “whole” so that everyone could succeed. ......He was elected to invest the community’s funds for profit and make decisions on buying and selling properties.
Sorry for being long winded, but just trying to explain why various groups of Asians are doing very well. It’s the sense and practice of supporting their own communities.
That is certainly a contributing factor. The ability to trust others is an economic multiplier.
