Protesters against the police actions in Ferguson, Mo. as well as police killings of other suspects in California and other states gathered in Oakland on Wednesday.
A couple of hundred demonstrators gathered at Oakland Police headquarters on 7th and Broadway and faced off with officers in riot gear.
Some protesters unveiled a new tactic, by holding up mirrors in the faces of officers.
“I was holding up the mirror because I wanted the police to just look at themselves. Especially if they were about to take some kind of action just so they had to acknowledge what they were doing,” protester Nichola Torbett told KPIX 5.
Demarco Robinson, also a protester, said, “We want that person to look at themselves so that they can realize they’re not a badge. They don’t have to follow the system that they don’t agree with.”(continued)

I barely have time to get my laundry done and empty my dishwasher.
How could someone possibly have time to wander through streets protesting?
Oh that’s right; my 10 hour work days that are grinding me down are paying for them to not work.

They used to send flowers when differences with the police were largely philosophical and didn’t really go beyond the usual asinine adolescent idiocy that was extended as a result of the idea of going straight from high school to college. So there wasn’t any real hatred except from a few fanatics.
This time around, the hatred is coming from a frustrated underclass that is too used to being spoiled and coddled.
Great, now we are getting into the performance art portion of the program.
Next we are going to have these people break into interpretive dance.
Several hundred people holding mirrors in full sun, and suitably coordinated could do some damage.

With all the finger pointing away from where it started ...The “Bully Pulpit”
A democrat (in name only) party governor (Mo Governor Jay Nixon) goose steps along with the party’s agenda. Conflict and division designed to perpeptuate racial division to make impeachment an imposibility headed by an officer who is pledged not to the POTUS but the constitution known as the Attorney General . Which now demands a hanging of a police officer who defended himself attacked by a huge black thug by calling for, not justice, but “vigorous prosecution”.
That governor over rides local jurisdictions places in command his commander of his state police who decides making peace is done by marching with black terrorists and flashing gang signs.

I don't want police the shoot my dog or kick in my door without real just cause, but I do want them to deal with real crime & prevention the way cops used to.
Were the mirrors made by Glock?
Were they assault mirrors?
Did they have the proper license for those mirrors?
Is CNN going to go on a jihad against mirrors?
Mirrors can cause skin cancer so they are a danger to society. We must save the chilren.
I suggest these protesters aim their mirrors at a Planned Parenthood office or their local abortion clinic. They have killed far more black people than the police in all fifty states + DC combined by a million fold, but who am I kidding. The Democrats have blacks completely under their control and everybody in America can see it except blacks themselves.
The Blacks don't want to admit that they are as hooked on the freebies from Massa as they are on the drugs from their suppliers.
In the video, at about 0:45, I believe that I heard the line “marching in solidarity with the people of Ferguson.”
Note that Shep Smith had indicated earlier this week that, out of about 70+(?) people arrested in Ferguson one night in the last week, 4 of the 70 were actually residents of Ferguson, others from the area and still others from out of state; corrections welcome.
So these demonstrations are probably being staged for TV imo.
