How do we know his hands were in the air? From the testimony of the guy who helped him rob the store? The guy who said Brown was shot in the back, when there is no blood or bullet hole in the back of Brown’s shirt?
I doubt Johnson stood there and watched. He probably threw the cigars down and ran like the wind when the shots rang out.
