Agree in itself. A lot of black youths post crap like that trying to make themselves look tough online. Now if a gang member comes forward and says they know him that’s a different story.

On the contrary, flashing “gang signs” increases the likelihood of gang activity, and the possibility of confrontation with law enforcement.
