So far Gottlieb’s group has collected 160,000 signatures for a ballot initiative and hopes to gain another 165,000 by January to ensure the measure qualifies for next year’s ballot.’

I think we can safely say that the 325,000 people who sign this petition can expect a visit from their local brownshirts. History repeats.

It shouldn’t be necessary.

Forth Amendment The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

Any taking of a citizen’s property should require a warrant.
