Do nothing, and US Voters may find no EFFECTIVE reason to vote for a do nothing Republican slate of Candidates in November, 2014.
John Boehner is the Jamaica bobsled team of politics....merely happy to compete with no hope of actual success.
Democrat Brotherhood is the perfect term!
As Elvis used to say: “Thankyou. Thankyouverymuch.”
The House conservatives should impeach Boehner and then wait until the next Congress convenes to impeach Obama. After the Nov. election there should be more conservatives in the House and the Senate could be in GOP control, also with more conservatives. Then Obama is ripe for plucking.
BTT!!!!!!!!!!
From your lips to God’s ear my FRiend!
“Impeach” is a joke, but THIS is something that could make a real change for us. I am so on board with this. What a decent conservative could do ...
Many of the 2014 Congressional Republican candidates are polling within the margin of error to their Democrat Brotherhood opponents.
Given the current Boehner/McCellen RINO “Leadership,” it is within the margin of error that the House and Senate may be won by the Democrats.
Bird-in-the-hand, my FR friend, bird-in-the-hand.
Minor little problem. You need 66 Senators to sustain a “guilty” verdict in an impeachment trial.
While I’m quite sure we’ll take Seats in the Senate. . . we’re not going to take enough. And the Dems are ALREADY fundraising on the “impeachment threat”. . .
The way to stymie Obama is via the Power of the Purse. . . so we pass a stopgap funding bill that expires Feb. 1, 2015.
And then, once we control the Senate. . . we refuse to negotiate. After all, in the very words of Obama: “We won”. . .

Right on, right on to what you said!! Let Bonehead be an example to ALL!

Spoken like a true RINO:
” RETREAT AT ALL COSTS!
Never do today when you have the Constitutional power to do so when you can put off until you have no chance of losing a battle.
SIT ON YOUR HANDS - - - - SIT!!!!”
A face that only loyal RINO US House Members can love - - - - .
Perhaps we should sue Boehner for dereliction of fideciary duty to the American Tax Payers.
Hmmmmmm - - - ?
That one just MIGHT be allowed to be taken up by Obama’s Judges, IF a side deal could be made to replace Boehner with RINO Ryan - - - - .
Pal . . . .up yours with a rusty chainsaw. SIDEWAYS. I certainly don’t need to prove my conservatism to you.
Impeachment will do NOTHING but spur Democratic Fundraising even MORE than it is now, and energize the low-information voters that otherwise wouldn’t bother to vote. Dingy Harry would not even CONVENE a trial while he’s Majority Leader, and there is ZERO possibility we would have enough votes in the Senate to sustain a conviction: there is no scenario where we could make it to 66 votes against the pResident.
What we can do, is exercise the Power of the Purse. We still need a real Speaker, one with some testicular fortitude. Trey Gowdy comes to mind. . .
To paraphrase Dean Wormer from the 1978 movie Animal House “Tan, drunk and stupid is no way to govern, Speaker Boehner”
” - - - What we can do, is exercise the Power of the Purse. We still need a real Speaker, one with some testicular fortitude. Trey Gowdy comes to mind. . . - - - “
Our previous dialogue may have been a tad coarse, it did clear away the pesky underbrush, so to speak.
We are in complete agreement on your above quoted comment.
