Black wimmin?
Dr. Martin Luther King Junior Boulevard asked that blacks be judged by the content of their character, not the color of their skin... maybe, (as a group,) they should come up with another criteria to be judged by. /racism
Black wimmen being targeted by the gov’t with the message
“we’ll pay you to have bastards”.
This is why people of the urban/black culture have not kept up.
The best thing that could happen to their culture would be to cut off welfare benefits and require them to rely on local charity.
Men would then be culturally required to be “marriageable” before having sex, and fathers would protect their daughters from “playas”.
