Yes it is. I've seen it expressed that sodomy is inherently totalitarian becase a man cannot give himself to another man, the way a woman can. As a result the dominant homo must "overcome" the natural inclination of the other male to not be "dominated". At a certain level, sodomy is rape.
Hence, as you said, the natural inclination for the homo crowd is to dominate, i.e be Nazis.
