“Deer do not solely reside on public land and in fact the majority of deer are on private land,” she said. “Therefore, working across public and private land boundaries would benefit the species and will invariably improve conditions for all hunters.”

Besides their buddies want the extra cash.

Take no money from the state through a “program” because the moment you do they own you. Instead, sue the state to pay you for loss. They simply cannot be trusted anymore.

How to Identify Legal Plunder

But how is this legal plunder to be identified? Quite simply. See if the law takes from some persons what belongs to them, and gives it to other persons to whom it does not belong. See if the law benefits one citizen at the expense of another by doing what the citizen himself cannot do without committing a crime.

A friend of mine wrote an article for a magazine about inproving the “deer habitat” on his property. He had all kinds of sensible recommendations.

A month later he was under arrest for “baiting” deer on his property. Cost him $7000 to defend himself.

Be careful.

I think that private land owners that allow the public to hint on their lands ahold be reimbursed but not for profit hunt clubs.
