The author forgot to mention that half the babies born in Texas are also Hispanic.
Many of the parents are illegal, but the newborn instantly becomes an anchor baby citizen at birth.

That means both Senators, the Governor, and a majority of the Congressmen are Democrats, plus, the state votes Democrat in the presidential election.
I say 2024.

The way things are going I don’t see anything that will prevent Texas from going for the Democrat candidate in the 2016 presidential vote. Keeping the White House in Progressive hands is what this thoroughly planned and orchestrated invasion is all about.
Obama has established that with a Progressive White House, Justice Department and Bureaucracy the other branches of government (and the will of the voters) are irrelevant.
