The housekeeper who prepares a hotel room for that evening’s guests has no idea the race of the occupants, and frankly neither does the hotel. There is nowhere to designate one’s race on an online reservation website. So is the hotel supposed to stock two different sets of toiletries in preparation? I always take my own toiletries and always thought those sample sizes were there for the guests who had forgotten something.
Old Jewish wisdom...
The Rabbis teach that:
Slaves seldom dream of being free. They dream of being master.
Do black people wash their hair every day like white people do? I’m curious. Also, don’t black ladies wear lots of wigs? Finally, if I lotion my whole body from head to foot, couldn’t one assume that I would bring a gallon (or at least a quart) of moisturizer with me wherever I go?
How about bring your own? Problem solved.
HA! Ooh, hope that wasn’t construed as a racist HA! I’ll have to change my tagline...
Using the word “micro-agression” is a form of micro-aggression.

Ahh, the Grievance Mongers are back...
We’re way overdue for a housecleaning.

As a black woman I can answer...
some do but some don’t.
Yep, wigs are popular with black women.
The black hair care industry is a billion dollar one. Bad economy doesn’t seem to impact it.
See the documentary GoodHair which goes into all the details.
Check your bag dumbass. Then you can carry as much conditions as you want and not inconvenience everyone on the flight by stuffing your giant duffel in the overhead compartment and taking up the space of three or four legal carry-on bags.
Yeah, pay $50 just so I can bring an 11 oz. bottle of Head and Shoulders.
Get stuffed.
I’m a white person, and I don’t wash my hair every day. I wash it every 2-3 days, especially during the dry winter months.
Umm, no. Someone who races is a racist. A racer is someone who is doing it, racing. So if someone duels then he or she is a duelist. If someone is a boxer then he or she is a pugilist. I think you get the general idea.
It’s a play on words.
People shouldn’t wash their hair everyday - doing so strips all the natural oils out and unless you’re a chimney sweep or something - there’s no need to. I wash my hair about once every three months or maybe 4 times a year
