At the moment, she's skillfully drawing things out to lure as many donations into the Clintons' "charitable foundation" as she can from wealthy suckers who are banking on her running....and are donating like crazy.
Then, after she declines running for the presidency, she and Bill (and Chelsea) can live grandly for the rest of their sorry lives on the salaries, expenses and bennies they'll give themselves from "running" the foundation.....plus income from speaking engagements and other assorted things like books and articles someone else will ghost-write for them.
These people are first-class grifters..and they believe in planning ahead.
Actually, they belong in a penitentiary.
With the statements above, Bill is just stirring the pot a little to keep interest alive....and donations coming in. His remarks always serve a purpose and are pre-planned.
