The judge said:

No plaintiffs complain that contamination has yet occurred in any crops they have grown or seed they have sold.

She goes on to say this:

Defendants (Monsanto), moreover, have never filed a patent infringement suit against a certified organic farm or handling operation over the presence of patented traits in its operations, and they stated at oral arguments that they have never sued a party who did not "want want to make use of the traits that are manifested in defendants' transgenic products."

Monsanto could never be as unethical or dishonest as the organic industry, or the even larger homeopathy and alternative medicine industry. But the anti-Monsanto scientific illiterates/Luddites here will blindly champion those groups.

Selective breeding is not GMO. That you use that in the argument shows your deep ignorance.

Selective breeding is not about genetic modification? In what world is that kind of stupidity considered intelligent? Read what I posted again. Modern methods of bioengineering simply get us where we want to go faster and more accurately than with hybridization. The fact that you don't recognize this as fact only proves that you are uniquely unqualified to be commenting on the subject.
