Um, looking at the chart…Rick Perry shut down the worst lawyers in Texas, and attracted many doctors to Texas. Some had been driven away by rapacious, stupid, greedy Texas lawyers. Tesas won't have a doctor shortage the way other states do and will have.

Rick Perry shut down a lot of abortion clinics, and he shut down a lot of late term abortions. He did his best to shut down Abortion Barbie.
