Just the other day, there was a picture of him sitting at a table in a restaurant, meeting with a young lady to presumably listen to her concerns. Instead, as she spoke to him, Obama appeared to be barely able to keep his head from hitting the table. (Can someone here post that picture?)
Being sadly intimately aware of someone with such a problem....definitely yes!
And don’t forget, “Dude, that was, like, two years ago.”
And his 60 Minutes interview, where the interviewer asked if BO was punchdrunk, as he giggled at every serious question, sometimes outright laughing.

There you go; that sounds/looks about right. The simplest explanations are often the most correct.
It's tragic comedy interesting to watch the media trying to apply their standard explanations and excuses to obama's behavior and record while refusing to see the obvious.
You media girls just need to get it over with and break up with him so you can get on with your lives.

Without even defending Bush, he was a two term governor of a major state, also a business owner. Experience doesn’t guarantee success, but it helps and Obama is just a nothing.
You could argue JFK was a Senator but he at least had wartime military experience.
A very astute physician I know has been studying Obama closely for a long time, looking at hyper-detailed images of him on a huge LCD tv, as if he was a patient. This doctor says that he is unquestionably sick physically as well as having the NPD we all know about, and that his providers are certainly having a very difficult time balancing all the drugs he is taking, prescribed and otherwise. The side effects of one drug generate a need for another drug and so on. Add to that the fact that he probably indulges in alcohol and illegal drugs, and it’s a miracle he can function at all. No wonder they keep him stashed in the private quarters, on the golf course, or on vacay so much—he can’t be trusted to control himself in public. He was unstable before he was elected and is far over the edge now. I believe this doctor is correct.
