If those return envelopes have pre-paid postage markings on them, here's what I suggest:

1. Write your blistering letter.

2. Enclose it in the envelope.

3. Get a largish box -- say 12x12x12 or so. Make sure it's strong.

4. Fill the box with bricks. Tape it shut and reinforce the seams w/packaging tape.

5. On the top of the box, tape the postage-paid envelope containing your letter.

6. Give the box, thus prepared, to the clerk at the post office.
