Just what law was broken. I don’t remember it being against the constitution to insult someone. The first amendment was drafted to protect political speech.

Amen...The only thing broken was 0bama’s ego and his lapdog Holder was ordered or decided to attack.

The Sedition Act in 1798 made it a crime to say insulting things about the President (but not the Vice President).
Holder may not be aware that that law has expired.
