But why end it there? Places like the Orkneys and the Faroe Islands are already considering asking for independence from and independent Scotland. If Scotland gets its independence, how could they possibly refuse it to someone else? And if the orkneys and the faroes go independent, or become part of denmark or norway, bang goes half the north sea oil the SNP is banking on to keep their socialist utopia afloat.

I'm not so keen on calling their bluff. I live on the borders in northern England and I dont want to see hordes of Scottish economic migrants flooding over the border when the grand socialist experiment collapses (as it inevitably will)
