The gangs are going to be recruiting these “children” just as colleges recruit blue-chip football players.
Hugo Chavez successfully used a tactic of importing violent, illiterate thugs who were totally dependent upon him and who had little or no connection to the Venezuelan citizenry to overwhelm the votes of Venezuelan citizens and to form gangs of violent thugs to act as enforcer to intimidate native Venezuelans into accepting his dictatorship.
Looks like Obama is following his example
