A good idea for a game show would be: Ginsberg or 13 year old. The contestants would read an opinion written by Ginsberg, and one written by a 13 year old girl and decide which is which. At the end of the show an opinion by Clarence Thomas could be read to display the sharp contrast of what a real well thought out opinion should look like

Too bad there’s no penalty for lying in writings about a court case decision.

A job for LIFE and no possibility of being removed and no mandatory retirement age. WTF?

“Summary of her dissent: Spluttering hatred for Christians.”

You’d never make a successful lawyer: you use FAR too few words.

Rings and rods aren’t IUDs. Unless you are using them really, really wrong.

The exemption sought by Hobby Lobby and Conestoga would…deny legions of women who do not hold their employers’ beliefs access to contraceptive coverage

In the liberal mind, abortion is "contraception." Abortion prevents an unwanted child.

the bottom line for me is freedom.

Hobby Lobby or any other employer should not be forced to provide anything to anyone.

If people have a problem with that, they are free to look elsewhere for a job.

Hobby Lobby's refusal to pay for womens birth control no more prevents women from exercising their right to obtain contraception that Hobby Lobby's refusal to pay for it's employees guns would deny them their 2nd amendment rights to keep and bear arms.

If these sleazy hags want birth control, they can pay for it out of their own pocket.

Thirteenth Amendment concerns aside, and noting that the states have never delegated to the feds, via the Constituiton, the specific power to regulate, tax and spend for intrastate public healthcare in the first place, please consider the following.

Instead of trying to force employers to pay for women's contraceptives by wrongly legislating such a right from the bench, misguided Justice Ginsburg needs to start upholding her oath to protect and defend the Constitution by doing the following.

She needs to encourage Congress to propose an amendment to the Constitution to the states which would give women the right to force their employers to pay for their contraceptives. And if the states choose to ratify such an amendment then such a right will be constitutionally enumerated and Ginsburg will be a women's hero.

They still have access. The only difference is now they will have to reach into their own pocketbooks.
