Boehner’s Pointless Plan to Sue Obama for Abuse of Presidential Power

Weeper of the House and Chief 0bama Butt Boy, John Boehner, has been forced to finally take action for the blatant treason committed by Hussein 0bama. So after five years he came up with a plan (most likely drawn on a bar napkin) to toss it to the courts where a crooked dem appointed judge will let it languish and then toss it back with no action. All this instead of proceeding with IMPEACHMENT as prescribed in The Constitution!

I view this feeble action in line with the “sternly worded letter” that Obama sent to North Korea in regard to their nuclear missile testing.
