Thank you. I did that and was finally able to access “print as image” in the “advanced” features. Odd, because I had Adobe XI. And when I reinstalled, I ended up with Adobe XI again. Must just be one of those mystical computer anomalies?
Your Adobe install got corrupted somehow. It can happen with any program.
