I find myself on there sometimes too, with the same results as you.
But then I stop and think of how lucky I am that my stupid thoughts as a teenager never made it to the world wide web. The problem with the web is that stupidity is preserved forever.
For instance... I cringe every time I see a honda civic with a fartpipe muffler or a 4x4 dodge truck with big 6inch exhaust sticky up from out of the bed.
Then I think, if that would have been popular in the 80s, I probably would have had two of them and some old fart would be shaking his head at me.
