Dusty, it is odd, but the same language (word for word) appeared in all four of these articles, under different titles.

What I smell is a 'blame the oil patch' media bomb, aimed at getting credibility through repetition. (A lot like ABCNNBCBS does).

The terminology, however is all wrong.

Now, whether this is aimed at deflecting attention from solar interests and possible political connections, or just shifting blame to a predominantly conservative industry, I don't know, but the same poster has been shilling this stuff from the git go.
