All you have is a phony "suicide note" in someone else's handwriting found about a week after the event. And an armchair psychiatric evaluation written after the event by none other than Sid ("Sid Vicious") Blumenthal.
The entire notion of Foster's "depression" was concocted by the White House and sold to the MSM as a major part of the cover-up.
