Wait, he was on HIS property? The problem was the pellet ended up on someone else's property, which I don't believe was an accident.

Well, if that other property owner had evidence, he/she should have went over and told the guy that he has to pay for the damages. Not a SWAT team and armored vehicle response.

Probably a powerful pellet gun, not a BB gun. But shooter was pretty stupid to not know the 4th rule of gun safety.
