It was nice to hear from 1 of the 9 who voted guilty on that one count. It would be nice to hear from 1 of the 3 who voted for acquittal on that count. Just what exactly was the deadlock about??
Jordan Davis’s parents don’t seem to be upset by the mistrial. His mother who said that they have been in touch with the TrayvonMartins’ told ABC that justice will be served for her son when the law [SYG] is changed.
So then the trial was irrelevant??? She told us in so many words what this whole thing is about for her and it’s not convicting the man who shot her son but going after a law that had nothing to do with her son’s death.
Somehow I feel that she is taking delight in the mistrial, thus allowing her to claim victimhood and political prisoner status .
What a bunch of twisted b.s. No one will explain to her that blacks have been protected from wrongful prosecution the most where SYG defense has been applied.
