You call it right! It it is a very simple and yet effective plan the like of which the muzzies have shown they can do very effectively. stboz called it you don't need a nuke to cause catastrophic damage and choas. Look how simple the attack on 9-11 was. If you had planned to do what they did with explosives imagine what it would have took to accomplish such a attack in just the logistics. Such a plan would have been very complex and would have had a good chance discovery. They solved it by not coming up with a bigger more complex plan, they accomplished it by thinking simpler.

Hypothetically speaking, not endorsing or encouraging, thermite would be even simpler. No noise, just toss the bag onto a sub station, transformer, whatever and drive, walk, ride a bike away. By the time the fuse lit the thermite you`d be miles away.
Think like a crazy goon terrorist and it`ll scare you to realize there`s really nothing that can be done to stop it.
