I have always felt that the Dems have something on Roberts. Was it the adoption of the Irish girls? Is he Gay and is he using the girls as his beard?
Me too. His decision was totally in conflict with his record. It had to be a threat to his family rather than him. I think he would have gone public with a threat to his health or life. He knows that the mandate is unconstitutional and he knows that changing the law from the bench is unconstitutional. Any change in the law should have gone back through congress then to the president if it got through congress. I actually fault the lack of republican leadership in both house for that. Time will tell.
