The river here is now fully back in it’s trough, but running very fast.
The fields are still full of puddles but the ditches are low, this is a good sign.
Most places are now nicely recovering, except Glastonbury area, it has returned to it’s pre medieval condition, the pumps are working overtime (100 miles west).

Jake went out a second time. Now that it’s beginning to get light, birds are at the feeders, and he would like to kill them. I hear Shannon beating something up in the other room: could be a bag, a sock, or even a pillow.
I’m glad your floods are down. It would be interesting to see Glastonbury.
