A committee in Belgium's senate has approved today by a wide margin a bill that would allow euthanasia for minors, so long as they have the approval of their parents and a team of medical experts. The bill is intended for children who are experiencing 'unbearable' pain, thus expanding Belgium’s laws on euthanasia that are already on the books.

Is this real? I don’t even have kids and this makes me choke up a little. Are people in Europe that jaded and out of it that they would assent to their children killing themselves? Are people freaking mad?!

Multiple missionaries have told me that from first-hand experience that the Catholicism of European nations is even hollower than the American version. It’s THAT bad. Their fancy-pantsy cathedrals are empty week after week.
