Dear Sir : don't have soft skills....I don't think some of them don't have brains. We had a newly graduated engineer who quit after a few days because he "didn't want to get dirty".

We had a newly graduated engineer who quit after a few days because he "didn't want to get dirty". Without further information, I blame that on a bad interviewing process by your company. If the interviewee "didn't want to get dirty", then he should have found out that was in the job before he was hired and been able to turn down the offer.
