He isn't dead, it was just a strangely propagated "rumor" right before an interview. Stange things tend to happen to this poor individual, like being arrested by DC metro police right after issuing a statement at the DC press club. They arrested him on June 18th 2008 as a "fugitive from justice" on a warrant issue by Delaware for a parole violation on February 5th 2008. Oddly Sinclair had never been accused of, charged with or convicted of a crime in Delaware and had never been on parole or probation in Delaware. Coincidentally the warrant was issued two weeks after Sinclair's first youtube video. Also coincidentally Joe Bidens son is the Attorney General of Delaware. Also coincidentally the social security department canceled his disability payments due to the warrant for his arrest.
For some reason he has been keeping his head down. Possibly he is concerned that a drone might "malfunction" and coincidentally kill him.

He is alive and well on facebook. Does live broadcasts, I saw him at Cpac.
