If you notice, too, the guy over Obama's left shoulder -- just a moment or two before the faint, he stiffens up, as if expecting something.
The 'key' signal seems to be when Obama says, "... the pervasive fear, the one illness ..." At that point, Obama turns around to look at the pregnant woman. If anyone said anything to call his attention to the faint, it is not heard on microphone. [Maybe, it was just an indicator in the teleprompter skit.]
Also, that guy on the left makes no movement toward assisting the lady. He just sort of stands there, even though he is actually in better position to lend physical support.
[That stage seemed to have more actors than an SNL skit.]

You are 100% correct. How brazen...and what bugs me is how stupid they must think most of us out here are. I suppose we’ve proved them right by putting this guy in office twice although I’m not convinced he got there on his own merit to start with. Would love one of the mainstream media sources to pick this up and blow it out of the water - can you imagine if George Bush would have done something like this?
