I know they can’t go after bank accounts to pay the fine. Is there anything in the law, though, that says they can’t pay the fines out of your withholdings FIRST then raid your accounaccounts when what’s left can’t cover your taxes?

It is over 6k deductible PER PERSON so a married couple will have an over 12k deductable for their household (not each). If I get sick, we have to fork out 12k before ins kicks in.
