If I'm reading between the lines correctly, it seems that Sen. Johnson is saying the only way to get rid of Obamacare is to implement it, and let the citizens see how bad it truly is. This is a horrible strategy.

Exactly correct. And we know the exact talking points they would use once it is funded.

How in the world can you repeal this now. People are dependent on it. The very act of removing it would cause an economic recession. All we need is to fix a few things or go to single payer. yada. yada. yada.

This Oligarchy has to end.

Best moment.

Johnson: “I like the fight, I just don’t like the circular firing squad.”

Mark: “Well, then put your rifle down.”

Haha. Classic Levin.

He only wants achievable goals with a supermajority—no risk with 51%.

“Niels Lesniewski @nielslesniewski
Sen. Mike Lee just walked past the Ohio Clock with Mark Levin.”

A little tidbit from this afternoon for Lee and Levin fans.

He was asked why he didn’t show during the filibuster. Answer was, there’s nobody on the Senate floor—but Ted Cruz was, and Johnson didn’t support him, by showing himself, or even asking Cruz about his strategy.

I'll tell you what is strategy is--he's a groupie. Under whose aegis does this senator operate?

This came to me from SCF:

Last week, POLITICO reported that Senate Republicans "lashed" conservatives Ted Cruz (R-TX) and Mike Lee (R-UT) in a private meeting for their efforts to stop Obamacare funding and for supporting the Senate Conservatives Fund (SCF).

These unnamed Republicans attacked SCF and our grassroots supporters across the country because we ran TV and radio ads calling on them to join the fight to defund Obamacare.

They're mad because you're holding them accountable.

Thankfully, you have some true friends in Washington. When pressed by their colleagues to disavow you, Ted Cruz and Mike Lee refused. In fact, POLITICO reported that Cruz defiantly shot back, "I will not."

Now that's what courage looks like.

We wish the story ended here, but it does not.

Yesterday, Glenn Beck revealed the identity of the Republican senator who led the attack against conservatives and said that anyone who supports the Senate Conservatives Fund is a traitor and should be treated like an enemy.

That senator was Mitch McConnell (R-KY), the Republican Leader.

Mitch McConnell thinks you're a traitor, but he's the one who quietly worked with Harry Reid (D-NV) and President Obama to raise the debt limit, increase taxes, and fund Obamacare. He's the one who betrayed the voters in his own party and abandoned our nation's founding principles.

Unfortunately, Mitch McConnell wasn't just speaking for himself. His hostility toward conservatives is shared by many other Republicans who don't want to fight for our values.

This is a major problem and it's up to us -- the grassroots -- to solve it.

We must rise up and put these people out of business. If we work together, we can elect strong leaders who will turn this country around.

The Senate Conservatives Fund will suggest steps to take in the coming days, but for now please pray for our country. These are troubling times and our nation needs wisdom and courage to choose the right way forward.

Ron Johnson like Scott Brown and like Kelly Ayotte and like Marco Rubio are an embarrassment to us conservatives. Shame on them for betrayal.

Glenn Beck outed Mitch yesterday. Now he is after Karl Rove too and how Dick Armey tried to hijack Freedom Works before he was kicked out. He says the same people that were trying to hijack Freedom Works, have been trying to Hijack the GOP. Cronies of Karl Rove.

The “thing” that gets me is these republicans still pretending the enemy (yes, Obama Pelosi Reid and their pals) want to negotiate.

Hello!!!!!

Ron Johnson was a successful businessman, but in this case you don’t have a genuine partner.

(I donated to Ron Johnson’s campaign in 2010 through Jim DeMint’s SCF)

Just last week, sent back his letter for more donation with 000 dollar with “Your last vote deserves a Big Fat Zero”, then followed up with a letter explaining why.

He had that line again, “it’s permanent law.”

Would SOME Republican PLEASE stand up against this statement?

The law that was shoved down our throats without one GOP vote has been rewritten 100 times over. Plus WHY does it say “at the discretion of the Secretary”, Sebelius for now. WHY do we have to obey a law that is constantly changing? A mere shell was passed and now 1,000’s of new regulations attached.

This is NOT a law that any one American should have to obey.

Karl Rove HAS hijacked the GOP, especially when W was in office. Now he’s got lots of influence over who gets picked to run. He is sooo full of himself and he’s a wishy squishy middle. He hated Palin and all the other conservatives. He got rid of Herman Cain, et al and shoved Romney down our throats. He refuses to get on board the social media, young peoples way of communicating by text messages, etc. Why do you think all “bama phones” are being given away. The people who take them are constantly texted to go vote for The Won, etc. Quite effective, right?

Why must we fight the dems and our own firing squad?
