Americans of Indian ancestry are brown and you almost never hear them complain about racism. Instead, they stay out of trouble and stress academic achievement and entrepreneurialship. That could be why Americans of Indian ancestry are, on average, among the most successful ethnic groups, and why they don't seem to encounter this mythic institutional racism as much as other brown people.
Indians have institutionalized discrimination via their caste system. They are hardly in a situation to complain about racism.
