Oh I agree that the entire thing is unconstitutional and ridiculous. My point was that the New Jersey law doesn’t even have such a band-aid.

Why do we need to prove we are innocent? It's the State's job to prove we are guilty. That's why arrest records can't be used (in theory) to take away any civil rights like voting. Indeed, there may be a court challenge to the law possible here, because inclusion in the terrorist list is not a "conviction" in any sense of the term. This could get interesting.
Can you imagine the howls from the libs if people are removed from the voting rolls because their name is on the terrorist list?
