National media ignored some of the most significant aspects of the tragic Martin-Zimmerman case, among them Martin's suspected involvement with burglary, PCP-like drug cocktails, and/or drug dealing.

Burglary Tools:

(SNIP) Trayvon Martin was on his third suspension from school [and t]here is evidence Trayvon Martin had burglarized homes and/or school lockers:

(SNIP)

Drug Use:
There are a series of compelling articles on the web that describe Martin's alleged abuse of a powerful, home-made PCP-like drug called "Lean" (also known as "Skittles"). Its reported side-effects can include breaks with reality, extreme paranoia and fits of violence.
One of the most painstakingly documented summaries is excerpted below:

Several weeks ago, as further information and discovery came to the surface the whole framing of the original media narrative began to crumble, I stumbled over a reference to “DXM” in Trayvon’s Facebook history... As I use these Facebook discussions from Trayvon I’m going to correct the [grammar] unless it seems necessary to reference directly to the source...

(SNIP)

OK, so now we know Trayvon is seeking a source for a powerful cough syrup, commonly used in the ”drug culture or circle” to make an intoxicating drink called “Lean” (SNIP)

Purple Lean, or Lean, is an intoxicating beverage also known by the names lean, sizzurp, and liquid codeine. It is commonly abused by southern rappers and wannabe suburban teenagers. It is a mixture of Promethazine/Codeine cough syrup and sprite, or other beverage [such as Arizona Watermelon] with a few jolly ranchers and/or skittles thrown in.

There are your “DXM” ”Watermelon Lean” Ingredients...

Trayvon Martin was a teen criminal punk, brawler, porn addict & drug user. His purchase of lemonade & skittles was to convert this to a cheap PCP drug high. What a RAT bastard, criminal thug Trayvon was.... no innocent teen here!!!

Maybe TM wasn’t going out for treats for his daddy’s girlfriend’s child. He was buying ingredients for a high. May have been needed Robitussin or pills in the medicine cabinet at the residence.

I’m sad to say (because I DO think it is in poor taste to speak ill of the dead), much of Martin’s behavior that night can be directly related to the “gangsta” culture he embraced. Drugs, cash, bling, in-your-face, hard-core anti-socialism, no backing down...all seem to have been a big part of his world. THIS...THIS is the elephant in the room that not one of these talking heads is discussing (though Rush touched upon it yesterday).

No discussion of this case can in any way be complete without a careful and thorough evaluation of just how pernicious (and, often, lethal) the gangsta culture is...especially to those children growing up without proper parental involvement.

Every low life punk around America knew what Skittles and Tea were going to be used for.
The low life MSM also knew this and didn't report about it to the Cracker crowd to
purposely keep them in the dark about Travons true intentions,
instead making him out to be a child having a convenient treat.

How does diluting cough syrup with soda turn it into a powerful drug?

I read last night on another thread he attended only about 32 school days and was truant 55 days, right up to the day he was dispatched. A real scholar and “aspiring astronaut.”

How does diluting cough syrup with soda turn it into a powerful drug ...doesn't turn it into a more powerful drug, it just makes the cough syrup more palatable.

Kids always think that they're the 1st to discover something, but this isn't a new concept. When I was in college 20(cough5) years ago, I knew a couple of kids that would get a codiene high by drinking cough syrup. They called it "going Rob-ing" (with a long 'o'). Apparently it was a good, cheap, and legal high, but the aftereffects (constipation from the codiene) were unpleasant.

They’re just taking an extraordinarily large dose of cough syrup...and using the supersweet drink and candy to make it palatable.

As a minor point of correction - it wasn’t iced tea. It was ‘watermelon juice’, also made by the ‘Arizona’ brand. The evidence photos show the can....somehow the iced tea meme stuck, but its wrong.

"How does diluting cough syrup with soda turn it into a powerful drug?"

The high comes from slamming the entire bottle of syrup, the sode is so you can it get down cuz it taste's nasty. As noted above, I remember back in college kids were doing this, it's nothing new.

“His purchase of lemonade & skittles was to convert this to a cheap PCP drug high. “

They stated in the MSM that this 17yo thug was docile from the “pot” he had smoked. If he laced that pot OR smoked it with LEAN “skittles” he would have been extremely paranoid and very aggressive.

DXM isn't codeine. It will still produce a narcotic high if you take enough of it, but requires a lot more of it. The problem with using OTC cold meds is that they usually have acetomenophen (Tylenol) along with it. By the time you get enough DXM to get high, you've also gotten enough acetomenophen to cause liver damage.

Here is how powerful this thing is. Does anyone remember the whole Harlem Shake rage, that worked it’s way thru groups and even churches?

That dance craze is about Robotripping- which is emulating the effects of drinking Lean.

Stupid white groups of teenagers influences by their school and church leaders to shake around like they were drunk on Lean, thought it was hilarious...

and they had no idea what they were doing.

The Social Engineers smiled thinking- yes! Bunch of wiggers.... and the beat goes on.

Interesting. I recall that the autopsy found liver damage:

This link has a screenshot of the autopsy report, describing the liver.

Liver damage in a growing 17 year old consistent with drug abuse? No wonder Medicaid is going broke...
