I guess not. Didn’t Zimmerman start the ball rolling by looking at Trayvon while he was sitting in truck. In return for the disrespect shown, Trayvon circled the truck.

Exactly what I thought. Trayvon felt “dissed” or disrespected. In ghetto culture, the worst thing you can do is disrespect someone. And in ghetto culture, dissing is met with a violent response.

I think we could ask if Trayvon reacted appropriately, because he was not in the ghetto when this happened, and should not have behaved according to ghetto culture norms when he’s not in the ghetto.
