I suppose it was because the Lamberth default ruling is unsubstantiated publicly as of yet, although Taitz is crowing about it on her website.
But she might have gotten just enough before the Lamberth to have him order the release of Bounel’s SS# and file if his birth date in the SS records is 1890.
As I recall, didn't Taitz get Lamberth to move forward about a month ago? I may have first heard about it from you. ;^)
Knowing Barry’s legal team they have a multi-layered legal defense in place to drag as much as possible out until after he leaves office.
Totally expect that from them to drag it out either legally or illegally.
In this thread that I put up Taitz got Lamberth to allow her to file her motion requesting an order from Lamberth to SSA directing them to honor her FOIA and release the Bounel records..

It is this motion that Barry’s team has not responded to, IIRC...so it it were related to any party other than Barry, Lamberth would go ahead and do that...provided that Orly had provided sufficient evidence that Harry Bounel existed and it was the same as Harrison J. Bounel...stuff like that.
