Yep, Rubio's flip-flopped and lied about the illegal alien amnesty issue, but he's far from the first one. Here's what George W. Bush had to to say during the 2004 domestic policy debate with John Kerry

Now, it's very important for our citizens to also know that I don't believe we ought to have amnesty. I don't think we ought to reward illegal behavior. There are plenty of people standing in line to become a citizen. And we ought not to crowd these people ahead of them in line.

If they want to become a citizen, they can stand in line, too.

And here is where my opponent and I differ. In September 2003, he supported amnesty for illegal aliens.

2004 Bush Kerry debate

Weren't we fortunate to have a Republican president who opposed amnesty and rewarding illegal behavior, and to have avoided that amnesty pushing Democrat John Kerry? Playing word games and dishing out lies with the best of them.

Most of us here remember when the issue came up, candidate GW recognized that it was a losing issue, so he got his Senate to move to construct a fence, they even appropriated money to build it. As soon as the election was over that money was removed from the budget.

I have always recognized GW as his father's son and committed to the NWO that GHWB was committed too.
