In the latest blow to the Obama administration’s claim to be the “openness administration,” word emerged today that the Department of Labor sought to charge a news organization more than $1 million for information.
According to the Associated Press, which reported today on the widespread use by government officials of secret email accounts, Labor demanded that AP pay $1.03 million for costs the department said were involved in retrieving email addresses for political appointees.

… What the AP neglected to report is the past history that the administration had with secret emails and meetings that show a pattern of evasion of disclosure laws.

... As scary as is the medical record theft..... the more important of these two additional scandals involves IRS skullduggery relating to the exchanges. A year ago,the IRS finalized a regulatory ruling to the effect that it will issue taxcredits through Obamacare’s federal insurance exchanges. Why is that such a big deal? Well,the IRS has been granted no legal authority,by the Affordable Care Act (PPACA) or any other act of Congress,to issue such credits. In fact,the ruling flouts the explicit language of Obamacare.
Has anyone thought that if they are having a public meeting, some people would have recorded the meeting secretly. A group this known would have had followers. Just talking but can you say blackmail. This does answers some questions.
Charge both the Sec of Labor & HHS with anti-deficiency violation.
Make it personal and criminal, as they use RICO tactics in an attempt to garner private funds for Federal work.
